The Majordomo Story
Following a bilingual career with German multi-national
Siemens Corporation, the founder of Majordomo relocated from his native Midwest to beautiful Laguna Beach to start a property
management and development business.
Majordomo serves 2 distinct markets in coastal Orange County: Large upscale single-family homes
and small condominium associations.
In 1987 we opened our doors as a home management firm specializing in the care
of fine homes. In 1989 we expanded to include management of small condominium homeowner associations. Both forms of management employ sound ethical business principles and offer one streamlined
point-of-contact for all your needs.
The Orange County coastal communities served are (from north-to-south) Seal Beach, Huntington
Beach, Sunset Beach, Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, Newport Coast, Laguna Beach, Dana Point and San Clemente.
